Founder and Performance Improvement Consultant
Shola has nearly 20 years of management and leadership experience working within and alongside the NHS; from her first junior admin role to divisional director of operations responsible for a budget over £140m in a multi-site acute Trust, overseeing multiple complex clinical services and associated clinical and non-clinical workforce.
Her extensive consultancy experience, including working as part of the NHS Intensive Support Team (Elective) for five years in over 60 organisations, has given her an advantageous perspective of what performance improvement and good practice is. This unique insight, coupled with a breadth of practical experience in cancer and elective services review and redesign in various care settings at national, regional and local levels makes Shola a respected subject matter expert and speaker in this field.
Shola was a guest lecturer at Warwick Business School Executive MBA Healthcare Improvement module for two years, where she delivered her signature talk on the 'good, bad and ugly' of management consultancies and the benefits and challenges of working as an external change agent with the NHS.
Shola is also an accredited Transformational Coach and successfully coaches aspiring and established managers (and their teams) within and outside of the health service.
